Dhruva
- Open Dhruva and tap Settings.
- Under your account, tap Delete my account and data.
- Confirm. You are signed out and your data is deleted.
Dhruva Pro
- Open Dhruva Pro and go to Settings.
- Optional: tap Export clients to keep a copy first.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
The same steps work in the web apps at app.dhruvaastro.com and app.dhruvaastro.com/pro.
Without the app
If you can't open the app, write to [email protected] with the subject "Delete my Dhruva account" and include:
- the mobile number or Google email address you sign in with;
- which app: Dhruva, Dhruva Pro or both.
To protect your account, we confirm the request with you, for example with a code sent to that number, before we delete anything. We complete the deletion within 7 days of confirming and tell you when it is done.
What is deleted

| Marriage profiles | Profiles, photos, contact requests and saved searches: deleted and removed from search. |
| Dhruva Pro | Practice profile, client book, consultation notes, voice notes and prediction edits: deleted. |
| Backups | Copies in our encrypted backups are overwritten within 14 days. |
Profiles you kept on your phone without signing in never reach our servers. They are removed when you clear the app's data or uninstall it.
Deleting only some data
You don't have to delete your account to remove something:
- Delete a person, proposal or client in the app. The change syncs to our servers.
- Withdraw a consultation chart from the consultation screen. Its encryption key is deleted at once.
- Unpublish or delete a marriage profile from its screen.
